Ginger Glazed Mahi
1 bottle Ginger Salad Dressing ( I like Marzetti)
1 glove garlic minced
4 Mahi Mahi Fillets ( 6 ounces)
fillets in the ginger dressing and minced garlic for one hour or longer.
on grill. We cook ours on ceder. (Purchase at Lowe’s) You can cook it directly on the
marinade and cook it until it becomes a glaze and serve it over the fish.
